자주 묻는 것

• 로그인해야 하나요?

  아니요. 로그인하지 않아도 모든 기능을 씁니다. 모두 ID 로그인은 설정에서 고를 수 있고, 로그인해도 디데이는 이 기기에 있고 모두의 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 로그인 · 로그아웃 · 탈퇴는 이 기기의 디데이를 지우지 않습니다.

• 날짜가 하루 다르게 나와요.

  세는 법이 둘입니다. 「첫날을 1일로」는 그날을 1일로 세는 한국의 기념일 방식이고, 「지난 날 수」는 그날을 0으로 셉니다. 디데이를 열어 숫자 아래의 「어떻게 셌나요」를 누르면 기준일과 어떻게 셌는지(첫날을 넣었는지, 음력을 양력으로 바꾼 날, 윤달)가 나옵니다.

• 휴대폰을 바꾸면 디데이는 어떻게 옮기나요?

  설정의 「기록」에서 「파일로 내보내기」로 파일을 만들어 원하는 곳(파일 · 드라이브 · 메일 등)에 두고, 새 휴대폰의 모두 디데이에서 「파일에서 들이기」로 그 파일을 고르면 옮겨집니다. 이미 있는 디데이는 지우지 않고 합칩니다. 휴지통에 있는 디데이는 내보내지 않습니다. 내보낸 파일에는 디데이의 이름과 날짜가 그대로 들어 있고 암호가 없으니 둘 곳을 살펴 주세요.

• 칠순 · 환갑 같은 날이 우리 집과 한 해 다르게 나와요.

  「관습의 날」은 줄마다 어떻게 셌는지(규칙)와 근거를 보입니다. 칠순 · 팔순처럼 나이로 챙기는 날은 그 화면의 「나이 세는 법」(세는 나이 · 만 나이)을 바꾸면 한 해 달라집니다(환갑은 같습니다). 어느 곳의 관습을 보일지(한국 · 일본 · 영어권)는 「보일 관습」에서 고릅니다. 생일을 태어난 해의 날짜로 넣어야 나이로 챙기는 날이 섭니다. 그래도 다르면 그 화면의 「날짜나 규칙이 틀렸나요? 알려 주세요」로 알려 주세요.

• 알림이 안 오거나 늦게 와요.

  알림은 처음에는 꺼져 있습니다. 설정의 「알림 받기」를 켜면 디데이마다 7일 전 · 전날 · 당일에, 「알림 시각」에 정한 때에 알립니다. Android 에서는 배터리를 아끼려고 정확한 알람을 쓰지 않아 한 시간까지 늦게 올 수 있습니다. 알림은 기기에 미리 걸어 두는 것이라 앱을 오래 열지 않으면 멈춥니다 — 설정에 알림이 어느 날까지 걸려 있는지 보이고, 앱을 열면 더 뒤까지 다시 맞춥니다.

• 홈 화면 위젯은 어떻게 놓나요? 숫자가 안 바뀌어요.

  Android 에서는 홈 화면을 길게 눌러 위젯 목록에서 모두 디데이를 고르거나, 설정의 「홈 화면에 위젯 놓기」를 누릅니다(홈 화면이 받아 주는 기기에서 보입니다). 큰 숫자 · 한 줄 · 목록 셋 가운데 고를 수 있고, 목록 맨 위의 디데이를 보입니다. 날짜가 바뀐 뒤 위젯의 숫자는 자정에서 10분쯤 늦게 바뀔 수 있습니다. 앱을 강제로 종료하면 다시 열 때까지 위젯이 멈춥니다. 이름을 가린 디데이는 위젯에서도 이름 대신 「챙길 날」로 보입니다. iPhone 위젯은 아직 없습니다.

• 디데이를 지우고 싶어요.

  하나는 그 디데이를 열어 화면 아래의 「휴지통으로」로 지웁니다. 지운 바로 뒤에는 「되돌리기」로 돌아오고, 30일 동안 설정의 「휴지통」에 있다가 지워집니다. 그 전에 「되살리기」로 되살리거나 「휴지통 비우기」로 바로 지울 수 있습니다. 전부 지우려면 설정의 「이 기기의 디데이 모두 지우기」가 이 기기의 디데이(휴지통까지)와 쓰다 만 내용, 전에 로그인했던 회원 번호, 앱 안에 남은 내보낸 사본, 바로 앞에 저장한 판, 읽지 못해 따로 둔 파일을 지우고 위젯이 읽는 표도 비웁니다(모두 ID 는 그대로). 모두 ID 를 지우려면 로그인한 뒤 설정의 「모두 ID 탈퇴」에서 모두 ID 화면으로 갑니다. 이 앱은 디데이를 서버에 두지 않습니다. 본체 안내: https://modoo.io/user/data/dday

• 기록 파일을 읽지 못했다는 안내가 떠요.

  앱이 이 기기의 기록 파일을 읽지 못한 것입니다. 그 파일은 지우거나 덮어쓰지 않고 그대로 둡니다. 안내 아래에 할 수 있는 일이 보입니다. 「다시 읽기」만 보이면 기기가 파일을 읽어 주지 못한 것이니 잠시 뒤에 눌러 보세요. 그 밖에는 세 가지가 보입니다. 「전에 저장한 것으로 되살리기」는 바로 앞에 저장한 판으로 돌아갑니다(마지막에 바꾼 것 하나는 빠질 수 있고, 되살릴 판이 없으면 보이지 않습니다). 「이 파일 그대로 내보내기」는 읽지 못한 파일을 고치지 않고 꺼내 둡니다(디데이의 이름과 날짜, 설정, 쓰다 만 내용이 그대로 들어 있고 로그인했다면 회원 번호와 아이디도 들어 있습니다) — 문의하실 때 함께 보내 주시면 살펴볼 수 있습니다. 「새로 시작하기」는 읽지 못한 파일을 지우지 않고 앱 안에 따로 둔 채 빈 기록으로 시작합니다. 따로 둔 파일은 설정의 「따로 둔 파일」에서 그대로 꺼낼 수 있고, 「이 기기의 디데이 모두 지우기」를 하거나 앱을 지우면 지워집니다. 더 새 판의 앱이 쓴 기록이라는 안내가 뜨면 앱을 업데이트하면 읽습니다.

• 앱을 지우면 디데이는 어떻게 되나요?

  디데이는 이 기기 안에 있고, 앱을 지우면 함께 지워집니다. 지우기 전에 「파일로 내보내기」로 파일을 만들어 두세요.

• 광고나 결제가 있나요?

  이 판에는 광고 · 결제 · 구독이 없습니다.

Frequently asked questions

• Do I have to sign in?

  No. Every feature works without signing in. Signing in with Modoo ID is an option in Settings, and even when you sign in, your D-Days are on this device and are not sent to Modoo's servers. Signing in, signing out or deleting your account does not delete the D-Days on this device.

• The count is off by one day.

  There are two ways of counting. “First day is day 1” counts that day as day 1, the Korean way of counting anniversaries, and “Days passed” counts that day as 0. Open the D-Day and tap “How was this counted?” under the number to see the reference date and how it was counted (whether the first day was included, the solar date a lunar date was converted to, leap months).

• How do I move my D-Days when I change phones?

  In “Records” in Settings, use “Export to a file” to create a file and keep it wherever you like (Files, a drive, email and so on). Then, in Modoo D-Day on the new phone, choose that file with “Import from a file”. D-Days that are already there are not deleted; they are merged. D-Days in the trash are not exported. The exported file contains the names and dates of your D-Days as they are and has no password, so take care where you keep it.

• Days such as a 70th or 60th birthday come out a year different from how my family counts them.

  “Customary days” shows, line by line, how each day was counted (the rule) and the basis for it. Days observed by age, such as a 70th or 80th birthday, shift by a year when you change “How age is counted” (Counted age or Completed age — that is, Korean age or international age) on that screen (the 60th birthday stays the same). Choose which customs to show (Korea, Japan, English-speaking countries) in “Customs shown”. Days observed by age appear only when the birthday is entered as the date in the year of birth. If it is still different, let us know with “Is a date or rule wrong? Tell us” on that screen.

• Reminders do not arrive, or arrive late.

  Reminders are off at first. When you turn on “Get reminders” in Settings, each D-Day is announced 7 days before, the day before and on the day, at the time set in “Reminder time”. On Android, exact alarms are not used in order to save battery, so a reminder can arrive up to an hour late. Reminders are scheduled on the device in advance, so they stop if you do not open the app for a long time — Settings shows the date up to which reminders are scheduled, and opening the app schedules them further ahead again.

• How do I put the widget on the Home screen? The number does not change.

  On Android, touch and hold the Home screen and choose Modoo D-Day from the widget list, or tap “Add a widget to the Home screen” in Settings (it appears on devices whose Home screen supports it). You can choose from three kinds — big number, one line or list — and the widget shows the D-Days at the top of your list. After the date changes, the number on the widget may change about 10 minutes after midnight. If you force-stop the app, the widget stops until you open the app again. A D-Day whose name is hidden appears on the widget as “A day to remember” instead of its name. There is no iPhone widget yet.

• I want to delete a D-Day.

  To delete one, open that D-Day and use “Move to trash” at the bottom of the screen. Right after deleting you can bring it back with “Undo”, and it stays in “Trash” in Settings for 30 days before it is deleted. Before that, you can bring it back with “Restore” or delete it right away with “Empty trash”. To delete everything, “Delete all D-Days on this device” in Settings deletes this device's D-Days (including the trash), unfinished input, the member number that previously signed in, the exported copy left inside the app, the version saved just before and unreadable files kept aside, and empties the table the widget reads (your Modoo ID stays). To delete your Modoo ID, sign in and go to the Modoo ID screen from “Delete Modoo ID account” in Settings. This app does not keep your D-Days on a server. Guide: https://modoo.io/user/data/dday#en

• A notice says the record file could not be read.

  The app could not read this device's record file. The file is not deleted or overwritten; it is left as it is. What you can do is shown below the notice. If only “Try reading again” is shown, the device could not hand the file over to be read, so try again a little later. Otherwise three choices are shown. “Restore the last saved version” goes back to the version saved just before (the last change you made may be missing, and this choice is not shown when there is no version to restore). “Export this file as it is” takes the unreadable file out without changing it (it contains the names and dates of your D-Days, your settings and unfinished input as they are and, if you signed in, the member number and username) — if you send it along when you contact us, we can look into it. “Start fresh” keeps the unreadable file aside inside the app without deleting it and starts with empty records. Files kept aside can be taken out as they are from “Files kept aside” in Settings, and they are deleted when you use “Delete all D-Days on this device” or delete the app. If a notice says the records were written by a newer version of the app, updating the app lets it read them.

• What happens to my D-Days if I delete the app?

  Your D-Days are on this device and are deleted together with the app. Before deleting the app, create a file with “Export to a file”.

• Are there ads or payments?

  This version has no ads, payments or subscriptions.

よくあるご質問

• ログインは必要ですか？

  いいえ。ログインしなくてもすべての機能を使えます。モドゥIDでのログインは設定で選ぶことができ、ログインしても記念日はこの端末にあり、モドゥのサーバーには送信しません。ログイン、ログアウト、退会をしても、この端末の記念日は削除されません。

• 日数が1日ずれて表示されます。

  数え方は二つあります。「初日を1日目に」はその日を1日目として数える韓国の記念日の数え方で、「経過日数」はその日を0として数えます。記念日を開いて数字の下の「どう数えた？」を押すと、基準日と数え方（初日を含めたか、旧暦を新暦に換算した日、閏月）が表示されます。

• スマートフォンを替えるとき、記念日はどう移しますか？

  設定の「記録」で「ファイルに書き出す」からファイルを作り、好きな場所（ファイル、ドライブ、メールなど）に保存します。新しいスマートフォンのモドゥ記念日で「ファイルから読み込む」からそのファイルを選ぶと移せます。すでにある記念日は削除されず、統合されます。ゴミ箱にある記念日は書き出しません。書き出したファイルには記念日の名前と日付がそのまま入っていて、パスワードがありません。保存する場所にご注意ください。

• 古希や還暦のような日が、わが家の数え方と1年ずれて表示されます。

  「節目の日」は、行ごとにどう数えたか（ルール）と根拠を表示します。古希や傘寿のように年齢で祝う日は、その画面の「年齢の数え方」（数え年・満年齢）を変えると1年変わります（還暦は同じです）。どの地域のならわしを表示するか（韓国・日本・英語圏）は「表示するならわし」で選びます。年齢で祝う日は、誕生日を生まれた年の日付で入力したときにだけ表示されます。それでも違う場合は、その画面の「日付やルールが違っていたら教えてください」からお知らせください。

• 通知が届かない、または遅れて届きます。

  通知は最初はオフになっています。設定の「通知を受け取る」をオンにすると、記念日ごとに7日前・前日・当日に、「通知の時刻」で決めた時刻にお知らせします。Android ではバッテリーを節約するために正確なアラームを使わないため、最大で1時間遅れて届くことがあります。通知は端末にあらかじめ登録しておくものなので、アプリを長いあいだ開かないと止まります — 設定に通知がいつまで登録されているかが表示され、アプリを開くとさらに先まで登録し直します。

• ホーム画面のウィジェットはどうやって置きますか？数字が変わりません。

  Android では、ホーム画面を長押ししてウィジェットの一覧からモドゥ記念日を選ぶか、設定の「ホーム画面にウィジェットを置く」を押します（ホーム画面が対応している端末で表示されます）。大きな数字・ひとこと・リストの三つから選べ、リストのいちばん上にある記念日を表示します。日付が変わったあと、ウィジェットの数字は午前0時から10分ほど遅れて変わることがあります。アプリを強制終了すると、もう一度開くまでウィジェットが止まります。名前を隠した記念日は、ウィジェットでも名前の代わりに「大切な日」と表示されます。iPhone のウィジェットはまだありません。

• 記念日を削除したいです。

  ひとつだけ削除するには、その記念日を開いて画面の下の「ゴミ箱へ」を使います。削除した直後は「元に戻す」で戻せ、30日間は設定の「ゴミ箱」に残ったあと削除されます。それまでは「元に戻す」で戻すことも、「ゴミ箱を空にする」ですぐに削除することもできます。すべて削除するには、設定の「この端末の記念日をすべて削除」が、この端末の記念日（ゴミ箱の中まで）、入力途中の内容、以前ログインした会員番号、アプリ内に残ったエクスポートのコピー、直前に保存した版、読み込めずに別に置いたファイルを削除し、ウィジェットが読む表も空にします（モドゥIDはそのままです）。モドゥIDを削除するには、ログインしたうえで設定の「モドゥIDを退会」からモドゥIDの画面に進みます。このアプリは記念日をサーバーに保存しません。ご案内: https://modoo.io/user/data/dday#ja

• 記録ファイルを読み込めなかったという案内が表示されます。

  アプリがこの端末の記録ファイルを読み込めなかったということです。そのファイルは削除も上書きもせず、そのまま残します。案内の下に、できることが表示されます。「もう一度読み込む」だけが表示されている場合は、端末がファイルを読み出せなかったということなので、少し時間をおいて押してみてください。それ以外の場合は三つの選択肢が表示されます。「前回保存した内容に戻す」は、直前に保存した版に戻ります（最後に変更した一件は含まれないことがあり、戻せる版がないときは表示されません）。「このファイルをそのまま書き出す」は、読み込めなかったファイルを手を加えずに取り出します（記念日の名前と日付、設定、入力途中の内容がそのまま入っており、ログインしていた場合は会員番号とユーザー名も入っています）— お問い合わせの際に一緒に送っていただければ、確認いたします。「新しく始める」は、読み込めなかったファイルを削除せずにアプリ内に別に置いたまま、空の記録で始めます。別に置いたファイルは設定の「別に置いたファイル」からそのまま取り出すことができ、「この端末の記念日をすべて削除」を行うか、アプリを削除すると削除されます。より新しい版のアプリが書いた記録だという案内が表示された場合は、アプリをアップデートすると読み込めます。

• アプリを削除すると記念日はどうなりますか？

  記念日はこの端末の中にあり、アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。削除する前に「ファイルに書き出す」でファイルを作っておいてください。

• 広告や課金はありますか？

  この版には広告、課金、サブスクリプションはありません。
